TOEIC testoooooooo!!!
I took TOEIC test today. Unfortunately, I had a stomachache during listening section. I couldn’t concentrate this time. I am sorry for that. This time TOEIC test seems to be easy, I think. But I couldn’t answer last question. My ability is poor. I can't read and understand fast so far. I have to study more. First, I have to make time to study!!! Next week TOEFL test is waiting for me. I have to prepare it. And I pray to my god not to be a stomachache. Haha.(89 words/8185 words)
Book review 1-9
I read "Remember Miranda". It is story about twisted love story.
Cathy is alone. Because her parents is died and she has no brother or sister. She wants to be happy. She undertook a job which is to do house work. The family members are Mrs. Harvey, Tim, Susan and Duncan. Duncan is Tim and Susan's father. He often goes to London because of his work. But his wife, Miranda is died before. This family has some secret.
Duncan went London. Cathy met Nick. Nick was nice to her. But Duncan and Nick hated each other. One day Cathy and Nick went to dinner. When Cathy arrived Harvey's house, Mrs. Harvey knew that Cathy and Nick went to dinner. She was angry. But Cathy could't understand it.
Duncan came home. One Friday Cathy drove away from Beach House past Nick's farm. Just then, she saw Nick's landrover. He was driving so fast. She was afraid of crashing against his car. The car stopped and Juliet got out Nick's landrover. Juliet is Miranda's sister. Juliet said Nick "Remember Miranda" Cathy didn't know relationship of Nick and Juliet. So Cathy was sorry about that.
Cathy went to library and searched about Miranda. She read newspaper of Miranda. But she didn't understand all. She only knew Miranda fell down the stairs and Duncan was questioned by the police.
Cathy phoned Nick to meet and ask about Miranda. Duncan also came later. Nick and Duncan quarreled about Miranda. In fact, Miranda loved Nick. Nick loved Miranda's sister Juliet.
Cathy came home with Duncan. Mrs. Harvey told them truth of Miranda. She was afraid of leaving Miranda from Duncan. So she pushed Miranda from stairs, but she didn't want Miranda death.
Secrets were confided. Cathy decided to live Duncan.

Blink-182/All The Small Things
This is my favorite band, blink-182. This video is so funny. Because blink-182 members pretend to be back street boys!!! Have you ever seen BSB's "I Want It That Way"??? If you watch this video, you will understand what I saying. Blink-182 did good job. They pissed off BSB. I'm sorry for BSB fan. But I read Kerrang magazine. It said that. But I liked BSB. I met them, when I was junior high school student. BSB invited me American pop music. I was grateful that. But, my music taste changed. Now I really like rock music. Especially, punk rock is great. The Academy Is...
I finally got The Academy Is... first record!!! It is called "Almost Here". I ordered this record using internet shopping. Why did I use internet shopping? Because this shopping can also get extra something. I got a live photo of TAI!!!
I am remembering the time when I went to Summer Sonic07. Before that, I had never watched live show. So it is memorable day in my life!!! First I saw TAI on Summer Sonic. I felt "This is live show, f××kin' amazing". William Beckett (vocal of TAI) was very tall. I was surprised. And he was handsome. The other members were also handsome.
They are working for next record. So I want to say "Good Luck".

Essay-5 (Worst Day In My Life)
I am thinking back when I was the worst. I think the worst day is when I fail the entrance examination of Hituyuyukan high school. I felt very sorry for my parents and blamed myself. My family didn’t show disappointed face, but I realize they wanted to cry. But I cried in my room. I have to tell my teacher the result of exam. I am also sorry for my teacher. I have no choice to go to Kokufu high school.
My high school life was so bad. I didn’t want to go to high school when I was high school student.Kokufu high school life was boring for me. And most of all students lack motivation. But I met great teacher in Kokufu and learned many things. Maybe I studied harder than now. I’m really appreciated my teacher. Thanks to him, I passed the entrance examination of KGU. And I also had to say thank you to my family for support me.
Now my life is happier than when I was a high school student. Because KGU students are very friendly, have high motivation to study English and there are no mathematics classes. I do dislike math. I made some good friends. They study English by way of speaking exchange some students. I respect them.

Essay-4 (Memorable Day in My Life)
I couldn’t forget the day, when I experienced the live show. It was last summer. I went to Summer Sonic in Osaka. It is one of the biggest rock festivals. That day I saw many bands and artist. I arrived at the place in ten o’clock. The show already started. There were six stages, food area and goods shop.
First I went to goods shop and saw T-shirts. But I couldn’t find good one. On the way I was through the main stage, The Puppets was singing. After that I experienced first live show. The band was The Academy Is. I knew only one song, but they were so powerful. It was absolutely better than CD. I knew that it was live.
I saw many bands after that. But the best live show on that day was Sum41’s show. I was impressed. Because I always listen to Sum41’s song and I knew a lot of song. And in front of me they were playing my favorite song. The audience sang, danced and jumped. I’ve never seen before such a scene. That day I had a very good time.
It was a memorable day in my life. That experience influences my music life. After that I became a rock geek. I go live show often. But when I go live show, I have to go other prefecture. In fact, I can’t imagine favorite animal in real world. I’m a still stupid kid. I like SF movies. For example Star Wars and Nightmare Before Christmas. These movies have many original characters. In Star Wars, Most of all characters are alien. Nightmares before Christmas’s characters are ghost. I’m a Star Wars geek. So I can say many Star Wars character. When I was junior high school student, I wanted to appear Star Wars movie. Anyway, maybe I like creature. It’s difficult to choose one. But this time I will decide.
I like Ewoks. They appear Star Wars episode 6. And they really play an active. Ewoks are like a bear. So they are cute. They say “yau yau”. They live Endor forest. Endor is subtropical climate. And there was war, called the battle of Endor. Of course Ewoks fight with Jedi. They fight using a spear, stone and arrow. I think Ewok is wise. Ewok’s life is similar to the Stone Age.
The reason of I like Ewok are below. First, they are Star Wars character. Second they have cute eyes, hands and cry. Do you think of me? Am I stupid? But I am that guy. I said before “I like SF movies”. That’s it.

My treasure is my CD collection. I have over sixty CDs. I started to correct, when I was junior high school. Those days, I didn’t have enough money to buy CD. So I bought maybe only three CDs. I grew up and became a high school student. I had money more than when I was a junior high school student. I used to buy a CD in a month. And now, I buy CDs at least one in a month. Some time I buy five CDs in a month.
Why CD is my treasure? Because I like listening to music badly. Maybe I’m a geek of music especially America and British rock. Most of all my CDs are America and British rock music. I don’t like Japanese music. I don’t know why. I always listening some songs. “No Music, No Life” is true.
Now music is bought by down load from computer. I don’t like such a way. And I some time hear music illegality down load. We should not do it. We should respect musician and pay some money.
Exactly, CD is expensive and plastic is not ecology. But I like CD. CD includes booklet. It is written lyrics and some information. Especially Japanese edition includes translation and liner note. Hello, my name is Takashi S. I’m studying English at K.G.U. I’m 19 years old. I like listening to music and playing the guitar and base ball. I’m very interested in America. Because music, fashion, people everything is awesome. Especially, I like American rock music. I listen everyday.
I met foreign music, when I was high school student. Those days, I came home and immediately turn on the T.V and watch MTV. One day I came back home and put on the TV, one song sounding. The song is “I Want It That Way “. This is Back Street Boys song. When I listen the song, I was really shocked. Because I have never listened such a beautiful song. Then I’m getting crazy about American pop music.
But turning point came. That is starting playing the guitar. It changed my favorite music. I became a rock geek. Fortunately, my uncle is rock geek too. He recommends some bands, so I added knowledge of rock. Now, my favorite music is punk rock and favorite band is blink-182. American music changed my life. And lyric is more sophisticated than that of Japan. American music invited English word.
That’s why, I became to like English. In the future I want to talk to world people using English. I’m using myspace and communicate with rock fans in the world. But I want to live surround English. And I want to experience American life style. I have never been abroad. So I am a little scare.
I’m working McDonald’s as a part time job. I’m very interested in McDonald’s U.S.A difference compare with Japan. American culture mixed many countries. Do you have traditional food in America? If I were there, I’ll try. I want to try different culture food. In Japan, I can eat different culture food, but it is japanized. I want to eat the home of food. Book review 1-8
I read the Phantom of the Opera.
The opera house in Paris... People say "There is a ghost". Some people say that he wears a black evening coat. Other people say that he has the head of a dead man, with a yellow face and no nose.
One day La Carlotta was ill. She is singer of opera house. So directer must find another person. Christine Daae was elected. She sang very well. Beacuse she has good music teacher. After sing she went to her dressing room. Raoul went to Christine's dressing room too. And he heard a man's voice.
Opera ghost required leave box5 free for him and 2000 frans using the letter. Raoul also received a letter but it's not from Opera ghost, it's from Christine. Raoul met Christine and talked, but Christine didn't tell him truth.
On Friday Carlotta received a letter from Opera Ghost. She got angry and appeared opera house and sang Margarita. But when she sang Margarita, the famous chandelier fell and one woman was killed. The opera house closed for two weeks.
After that Raoul knew the truth of Opera ghost. Because Christine told him truth. Opera ghost was Erik. And he loves Christine but his face is ugly.
On Saturday Christine came on to the stage. And She sang famous love song. Suddenly, one woman screamed, Christine was gone. Raoul asked a persian and go to Erik's house. But they failed. They were shut in mirror room by Erik. And he tried to kill them. But Christine kissed Erik. He was never kissed by someone. So he set free Christine and Raoul. And he died. About myspace...
Do you know myspace???
It is similar to mixi. I almost always use myspace. Why I use myspace heavily??? Because I can send some message and comment for my favorite bands!!! It is cool, isn't it. When I go favorite bands live show, next day I comment their myspace like how fantastic night yesterday. I found many bands... I wrote before on my blog. Such as Vanilla Sky, Neverstore, and My Favorite Enemy. I was so happy, when I got a reply from Neverstore. I can't forget. I never forget. I swear...
And also we can find all over the world people. Recently I talk Malaysia people on myspace in English. She is really interested in Japan especially Japanese anime. I taught some Japanese culture and Kumamoto. But she knows many culture of Japan.
Hey!!! We should know about own country to explain foreign countries peoples. I can't explain about Japan enough... So I have to study about my own country until I go to Minnesota.
I found lucky thing on myspace. It is Warped Tour!!! Warped Tour is punk rock festival. I wanted to go there, when I was high school student. Maybe I can go there. Because Warped Tour held in Minnesota on August 3!!!
I will ask my host family and go Warped Tour!!!
